DISC Profile Style Assessment

DiSC® is a behavior assessment tool that more than one million people use every year to help them better understand themselves and those with whom they interact. It analyzes your motivators, needs, fears, how you relate to other styles, and your stress response. Individuals will learn about their unique strengths and challenges based on their style. People will also discover the traits of characteristics of the four styles, the type of environment they will thrive in, and what they may need to do to be more effective. In addition, personalized content includes a one-page description of your general characteristics and information on your strengths, work tendencies, and approach to conflict management.

People then use this knowledge to improve relationships, boost their communication skills, identify individual strengths and areas for improvement, and enhance their personal and professional development.

Emotional Intelligence Assessment

Emotional intelligence (EQ) refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions and the emotions of others. The Emotional Intelligence tool will help you understand what is happening around you in real time and help you become more helpful to others by using the skills you now know you possess that can influence events and achieve goals. 

You will receive a comprehensive report that captures your overall EQ and a breakdown of scores for each of the four components of EQ, including Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. I
