Refund Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of theWrightCoaching and Consulting Services LLC .

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

​

1. The customers have 7 days to check their purchases. 

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 7 days of the purchase. theWrightCoaching and Consulting Services LLC will refund the full amount without any questions. 

3. The products must be returned within 7 days under the following conditions:

   1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

   2. It must contain all tags;

   3. It must not be damaged;

   4. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.

4. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three theWrightCoaching and Consulting Services LLC shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

Shipping and Fulfillment

We do not ship or fulfill any physical items. All sales are for coaching services and virtual workshops.  If there is shipping required to send us items for use on your website –all costs associated with mailing or sending us these items is the customer's responsibility.

​Refunds and Cancellations

​

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our coaching and/or consulting services. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are expected to notify the “Coach” at least twenty-four hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not provide at least twenty-four hours advance notice, you are responsible for payment for the missed session. Please know that you may cancel a consulting workshop order/service within seven days of purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.

After seven days, all sales are final, no refunds are permitted, and it is up to theWrightCoaching and Consulting Services LLC sole discretion regarding how to resolve all outstanding items related to your order. For any canceled order/service, there will be no assets or work performed to date that will be transferred from theWrightCoaching and Consulting Services LLC to the customer.
